Privacy Policy

1. Local browser storage

Vitality Arc is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not use a backend database. Fitness inputs, measurement sources, strength-training days, and optional chair-stand results are processed in your browser and saved in local storage on this device. Clearing this site’s browser data removes the saved inputs and consent.

2. Local Processing

Your estimate is generated locally in your browser. We do not require an account to use the estimator.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website traffic and usage patterns, but the analytics script is not loaded until you acknowledge the wellness and privacy notice. Google Analytics may then set cookies or collect device and usage information such as pages viewed, browser details, and approximate location. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website and do not use it to make health judgments about you.

Analytics paths are sanitized before they are sent. Query strings and fragments are stripped, and initial analytics page and referrer fields are sanitized. The app does not intentionally send calculator inputs to analytics.

4. Shared Links

If you choose to use the share feature, the app can generate a link that encodes your current estimate inputs into the URL so the page can be reopened with the same state. New links put inputs in a URL fragment (after #), which is not included in the request to our hosting server. The data is encoded, not encrypted: anyone with the link can read it. Legacy links with an s query parameter still open, but their payload is sent in the initial hosting request and may appear in request logs. Shared URLs may also be retained by your browser or messaging service. Share only when you are comfortable sharing the included wellness data.

5. Contact
